In the year 1984 , Mr. Ulahannan Thoppil started Asian Bakers as a sole trading concern he was carrying the manufacturing , sale of bread and other bakery items under the name of Asian Bakers at Pangappara. Then he invited Mr. KN.G. Kaimal and Smt. Achamma Abraham to the business, so as to make it a partnership firm. Thus on conversion of the business unit as partnership firm there were three partners who had agreed to share the profits at equal ratio. It was a partnership at will. That means if the partnership is constituted for an indefinite period and if also the mode of termination is not decided in advance, it is called partnership at will. Asian Bakers commenced as a partnership firm on 1t January 1986.
